In 2009, my life took a pivotal turn. While reviewing security footage in my job as a retail store manager, I saw myself and hardly recognized the person on the screen. Once an active individual, passionate about sports, the reflection of myself out of shape was a rude awakening.

That moment marked a new beginning for me. I was fed up with feeling constantly tired, out of shape, and unhappy with my life's direction. I decided it was time for a major overhaul of my habits, leading to an 80 lb weight loss in just 10 months. This personal transformation didn't just reshape my body; it profoundly altered my life's path, igniting a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

With over a decade of experience, I hold the title of National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). My expertise includes certifications as an Elite Fitness Trainer, PN Level 2 Master Health Coach, Online Fitness Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coach.

My philosophy, Synergistic Self-Improvement, focuses on turning daily habits into small, manageable victories. These changes collectively improve health, strengthen relationships, and enhance productivity. It’s about practical, straightforward strategies for lasting improvements in your life.
