In 2009, I was an out-of-shape retail manager watching security footage when I saw myself on camera—and realized I didn’t recognize the man on the screen. That moment became a springboard to taking back control of my life, including losing 80 pounds, starting my business, and eventually rediscovering my faith.

As a Personal Capacity Coach and founder of Unshakable Habits, I give Christian men the tools and support you need to consistently show up as your best self - even when life gets chaotic. 

I do this through client-centered coaching rooted in Biblical principles, behavior change science, and real-life experience.
